An advocate for his clients, Mark Sloat recognizes that the advice and guidance he provides impacts his clients for the rest of their lives. As the face of the Gilbert-based real estate firm Sloat Group at The Agency, Mark and his exceptional team service the entire Phoenix area and partner with hundreds of agents from other states to help buyers and sellers negotiate deals and find the best solution for each client.
While Mark began his career in the finance world as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and wealth manager at the world’s largest mutual fund company, it was while sitting in an airport in the British Virgin Islands that he had an epiphany that inspired him to change directions and focus more on what’s important in life. In 2017, Mark took a risk and left the safety of the corporate world to pursue a career in real estate and within 18 months, he was in the 1% of top producing agents in Arizona.
In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife who he met at ASU (Go Devils!) and his two daughters. Always up for an adventure, Mark is a Certified American Sailing Association Skipper and can always be found somewhere outdoors whether it’s skiing, sailing, hiking, camping or finding the best tacos or BBQ the Phoenix/Metro-area has to offer.
